Does the ACL 101 Managed Web Service include PPC (Pay Per Click) and Email marketing?
Yes, ACL 101 will execute PPC and email marketing on your behalf at agreed intervals throughout the duration of your web project.

Do you provide the text for the web project?
We can research and provide text for your web project for a minimal fee, but if you provide us with the text, we can have one of our experienced copy writers edit it and make it search engine friendly at no extra cost.

How does ACL 101 ensure my Managed Web Service is safe and secure?
In order to maintain security we do three things which are completely free of charge;

1. We provide each of our clients with an SSL free of charge to ensure safe and encrypted interactions with web updates and submission of personal data,
2. The ACL 101 security team will perform daily security scans to your web project which alerts us of any breaches or known security threats. If any weaknesses are found, we patch and fix the security holes and any known threats keeping your web project safe and secure.
3. If you are taking payments or sensitive customer data over the internet we will ensure that your web project is PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant.

What about Hosting, will my web project be hosted on a shared Web server?
NO, at ACL 101 we DON’T believe in sharing, each of our clients will receive their own dedicated servers with dedicated bandwidth, dedicated IP Addresses and dedicated account manager who knows everything about your account and web project environment.

Ok, I’m interested; do I have to pay a big deposit or half of the costs upfront?
NO, at ACL 101 we like to keep it simple. Simply pay an economical monthly fee, that’s it, no big deposits, no hand in your pocket take some of your revenue, no design costs, no hosting costs just a simple monthly fee.

Monthly payment is mentioned, does that mean I have to sign a lengthy contract?
No, simply pay your monthly instalment and if you no longer need the service, simply give us 90 days notice and that’s it. You can even take your web project with you!!!!

What about email?
ACL 101 will provide you with access to email in your domain (yourname@yourdomain.com) at your desktop, web mail access and mobile access on specific handsets. Our Managed Web Service will even monitor and take care of your email services ensuring that it’s up so you can keep receiving those important messages.

What if I need additional email accounts?
Simply send your managed web service account manager a quick note suggesting the desired username (username@yourdomain.com) and we will do all the rest for you. Once your email account is created, we will send you an email with confirmation and initial password.
